Shipping Policy

Shipping time

Currently we ONLY offer local delivery to some part of Vancouver location, please see the delivery schedule below:

Burnaby and Coquitlam – Monday

Richmond – Tuesday

Vancouver – Wednesday

North and West Vancouver – Thursday

New Westminster and Surrey – Friday

All orders are processed within 7 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holiday), and we will deliver your order based on our delivery schedule. We will send out the email before the delivery time and date. 

Note: During times with higher volumes than usual, such as sales, or during holidays these times may change. In case of a distributor shortage, we will contact you, which mean that your order might take longer to ship out. Please contact us if you are concerned about your order.

Please provide a contact number and a street address as we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure all the necessary shipping and billing information is provided at check out. We will not be responsible for errors in the information provided to us.

Shipping Rates

$10.00 flat rate for some part of Vancouver location(please see the shipping time). 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages or Spoilage

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours after delivery at jessica@meesoo.com with your order number and include the following information in the email:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Photo of box and shipping label, including any damage to the box
• Photo of interior of the original box and packing material such as bubble wrap and brown paper
• Photo of the damaged item

Please keep the damaged item, box and packing material until the claim is filed.

Weather

We do our best to monitor and communicate any delays that might occur due to weather such as heat, snow, floodings etc. In case we feel that it’s unsafe to deliver an order due to potential delays, we will hold the order until further notice.
