Nigella Black Cumin oil softgels are filled with cold pressed cumin seed oil in a base of natural glycerin, gelatin anf mixed tocopherols. Black cumin seed oil can be beneficial for liver, lungs, stomach, intestines, skin (acne when used topically) and allergies, and should be taken daily by all adults.

Recommended dose
Adults take 2 softgels 2 times per day.
Does not contain
