Why Bifidobacterium bifidum, Malyoth strain?
B. bifidum, Malyoth super strain is a beneficial microorganism predominant in the large intestine of adults and older children who have weaned onto solid foods. It helps maintain healthy intestinal flora, aids digestion and absorption.
B. bifidum Characteristics:
- Helps in the production of B vitamins in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
- By producing acetic acid and lactis acids, it lowers the pH of the intestines.
Aging lowers gastric acidity and allows more competitive microorganismms to reach the large intestine, resulting in a loss of valuable Bifidobacteris. Probiotics are commonly used as a nutritional adjunct to replenish normally occurring beneficial organisms in the gastrointestinal tract. Ongoing stress also negatively alters the delicate balance of beneficial bacteria. In fact, Japanese research indicates that Bifidobacterium are the most important beneficial for humman health.
Ingredients: 1 capsule: Bifidobacterium bifidum, Malyoth super strain 2 billion cfu
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose powder, dehydrated potato powder, organic garbanzo bean (chick-pea) extract, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), L-leucine and Vitamin C. Contain no preservatices or artificial colors and flavors.
Recommende dose (adults and children 2 years and older): Take 1 capsule daily with unchilled, filtered (chlorine free) water, preferably before meals to optimize digestion. BIFIDO FACTOR should be taken at least 2 hours apart from herbs, garlic and prescription drugs for optimal results.
Cautions and Warning: Do not give to children under 8 years of age to avoid the possibility of choking. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
