Each capsule contains:

• 375 mg Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, extract 4:1) equivalent to 1500 mg dried herb top.
• 212.5 mg California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica, extract 4:1) equivalent to 850 mg dried herb top.

Non-medicinal ingredients: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose.

Dosage (adults 18 years and older): Take 1 to 2 capsules per day 15-30 minutes before bedtime.

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a health care practitioner physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
