How to use:

Adult dosage: Take 1 capsule daily

Medicinal ingredients (per 1 capsule): Biotin - 10, 000 mcg, Calcium (Calcium carbonate) - 50 mg, Silicon (Silicon dioxide) - 50 mg, Magnesium (Magnesium oxide) - 25 mg, Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) (a vegan source of vitamin D) - 1,000 IU (25 mcg)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate.
